How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the selected delivery interval, and products will be automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will receive the products at your address without having to place the order manually.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time from the customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below.
The only exception is if you started a subscription that requires a minimum number of payments before it can be cancelled.
You can access the customer portal via the magic link you received in the email sent when you placed your first subscription order in the shop. You can also manage your subscriptions by creating an account in the shop.
How can I skip or reschedule a payment?
You can skip or reschedule a payment from the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a ‘Skip payment’ button next to it, which you can use to skip the payment. To reschedule the payment, click the ‘Reschedule’ button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription from the customer portal. Simply click on the ‘Edit’ button on the product card and edit, delete or add products to your subscription.
What happens if the payment cannot be processed?
If your subscription cannot be renewed because the payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can securely update your payment method.
