100% artisan jam with 60% pure fruit. Without preservatives or colorants, and that has been made in the Canary Islands with Tuno Canario Indio (Red Fig) ECOLOGICAL CERTIFICATE 5181P from the Canary Islands.

Ingredients: Canarian Indian Tuno, sugar, lemon and pectin.

The Canarian Indian Tuno has an impressive nutritional level. It contains vitamins E, B2, B8, B9-10 and K, calcium, sodium, magnesium and thus a large amount of minerals and vitamins.
We make our extra jams in an artisanal way without any chemicals, only with fresh and natural fig from the Canary Islands.

Jam yes, but with organic and artisan fruit

Our Tuno Canarias jam is made through a completely artisanal process. It is common to find other organic jams that are manufactured using fully industrialized processes. Our jams are organic and handmade, which adds extra value.

The Tuno Canarias marmalade is made with organic Indian tuno fig harvested at the optimum moment of maturity and reducing to the maximum the sugar content that is already scarce.

The manufacturing process of the Tuno Canarias Jam is aimed at altering the natural flavor of the fruit as little as possible. For this, the objective of the process used is the minimum and essential cooking of the fruit and to ensure the minimum alteration of its flavor and properties.

The fruit content of the jam is not less than 60%, even exceeding the minimum established by law for extra jams, which is 50%.

Another important factor in the preparation of Tuno Canarias jams is the use of organic lemon juice as a natural preservative. Most of the organic jams on the market use citric acid of chemical origin as acidulants, a product that is harmful to health.
